The fee includes: water, gas, electricity, linen.

• Cradle included: € 20 daily
• Children 2 to 10 years: 50%

Final cleaning € 20 (the amount does not include kitchen utensils).

Arrival - Check-in: the apartments are available starting at 14.

Departures - Check-out: Guests are requested to leave the rooms / apartments within 10 hours

Payment

Bank: 30% deposit (a deposit) at time of booking via:

Transmission of the payment receipt by fax at 0743 53111 or e-mail, specifying the name of reserving, submission date, telephone number.

If it cancels the reservation within 14 days prior to arrival there is a penalty of 80%. The reservation is in fact an acceptance of the contracts and therefore applies to all effects of the law as a contract between individuals.

Cancellation Conditions

In line with European standards, unless otherwise agreed in writing, in case of cancellation under date will be charged the following penalties:

9 to 3 days before arrival: 50% of total
2 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total
